All parcels are sent Fed EX Ground and require a signature upon receipt.

Items are usually shipped within two weeks of being ordered.

Shipping charge is based on dollar amount and will be calculated at checkout.

Charges for merchandise purchased from Heaven Scent Soy Candles will be reflected on your credit card statement .

In the event of damage, please contact us immediately.  All packing materials should be saved for inspection by our shipper. After you receive a claim number from the carrier, advise us via email or phone so we may arrange to reship your order.
